A graduate of the American Institute of Baking she participates with food industry associations such as International Deli, Dairy Bakery Association(IDDBA), Food Marketing Institute(FMI) National and regional restaurant associations (NRA, TRA, LRA), National Convenience Store Association(NACS), Association of Children’s Museums(ACM) and Texas Culinary Guilds.
