Charles honed his managerial talents directing operations and sales in a plant of a HRI meat packing company. Over the course of 18 years as VP of sales, marketing, and purchasing with US Foods, Charles established himself as an expert in the inner dynamics of both the foodservice and retail supply chains. In 2012, as VP of operations and general manager of production retail and product development, Charles went to Puerto Rico to oversee the Rastelli Food Group's Caribbean operations where his skills in manufacturing proved integral to both cost optimization and speed to market efficiencies.
